Description
The university administers an active Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) committee, appointed by the administration, to oversee and implement policies related to EDI and human rights. This committee works in partnership with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, whose head reports directly to senior leadership. Together, the two offices coordinate training programs, develop strategic EDI plans, and serve as an advisory body to the University's Board of Trustees.

- Submitting periodic reports to the university's senior leadership.
- Leading efforts to coordinate programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of respect and equality.

This is achieved by developing policies, providing support, and coordinating initiatives that ensure equal opportunity, combat discrimination, and promote a culture of respect and understanding within the university community.
